YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS ALONE
The silence where you finally hear yourself
Caring psychological support during difficult times, emotional ups and downs, or when you’re trying to find your bearings—without judgment, criticism, or pressure.
Take the First StepThis might be you
Sometimes it’s hard to put into words what’s wrong
You don’t need a “serious enough” reason to take care of yourself. If any of this resonates with you, that is already enough.
You wake up feeling exhausted, as if you never rested, and lack the energy even for daily routines.
Anxiety quietly hums in the background, even when everything around seems “fine.”
You find it hard to focus, feel easily irritated, or have lost the joy in things that used to bring you happiness.
Tension has crept into your relationships, alongside a sense of loneliness or guilt for what you feel.
You just want to pause and take a deep breath, but you’re not sure how.
This doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you. It just means you need support right now.
AREAS OF PRACTICE
What we can work on together: most common areas
I take a gentle, structured approach to working with the root causes of complex emotional states — at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with deep respect for your feelings, and without expectations of an “ideal result.”
Emotional State & Self-Regulation
Working with background anxiety, exhaustion, or emotional mood swings. We will learn to navigate difficult feelings and rebuild inner calm.
Exhaustion & Depletion
Restoring vitality when the joy of everyday life has faded, and the body and mind are signalling the need for profound renewal.
Self-Worth & Personal Boundaries
Moving beyond exhausting self-criticism, overcoming feelings of “never being enough,” and learning to say “no” confidently and without guilt as you establish your own boundaries.
Relationships & Interpersonal Dynamics
Discovering inner strength and learning not to lose yourself in relationships, navigating conflicts in a healthy way, and moving through challenging phases with partners, family, or colleagues.
Life Crises & Transitions
Adapting to major changes (relocation, career shifts, loss), finding personal meaning, and regaining strength during periods of uncertainty.
First Steps & Anxiety
Feeling nervous, having mixed feelings, or not knowing where to start is completely okay. There is no need to prepare or “say the right things” — we will begin gently, without any pressure, and at your own pace.

Format of our work
How it works: simple and transparent
Psychological counselling provides a space of safety, consistency, and respect for your time. The recommended initial course is 3–5 sessions, as a single meeting is not enough to achieve lasting results.
Format & Duration
Consultations take place online (via Telegram, Zoom, or WhatsApp — with or without video). Each session lasts 50 minutes and is typically held once a week.
Booking & Payment
Official payment to the sole trader’s bank account (100% prepayment). Once the date has been agreed, your chosen time slot will be reserved for 48 hours to allow you to make the prepayment. If payment is not received within this period, the time slot will be released for other clients to book.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
If your plans change, you can freely reschedule your session in advance. In the event of a same-day cancellation without a valid reason, the prepayment is non-refundable. If I need to cancel our meeting on the day of the session, your next consultation will be free of charge.
SPECIAL OFFER

Honest & Caring Support
What I don’t work with — and why being open about my limitations is part of looking after you
Some requests require medical supervision or a different approach. Being open about this is part of my responsibility to ensure your safety.
Severe chemical dependencies (alcohol and drugs)
Severe eating disorders
Young children (I work with teenagers and adults)
In such cases, I recommend contacting specialized clinics, medical centres or narrow-field specialists.
Before the First Step
Questions you might have
Feeling anxious before reaching out for the first time is entirely natural. Here are answers to what worries people most.
What should I do if I don’t know how to phrase my request?
This is perfectly normal — and it’s the most common situation. You don’t need to come with a ready-made explanation or describe the problem in psychological terms. It’s enough simply to tell me how you’re feeling and what you’re going through right now. Unravelling this and sorting it all out is part of our work together, and I’ll gently guide you through it.
What happens during the first session?
We meet online via Zoom, Telegram or WhatsApp (with or without video — whichever you feel more comfortable with). The session lasts 50 minutes. The first session takes place in a relaxed atmosphere, free from pressure or judgement: we get to know each other, and you tell me about how you’re feeling and what’s troubling you. You share only what you feel ready to share. At the end, we’ll outline the direction for our future work together.
Is this confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Everything we discuss during our sessions remains strictly between us. Confidentiality is a fundamental ethical principle of psychotherapy and the foundation of our trust. You are in a safe and secure space where you can freely be yourself.
How can I tell if it’s really time for me to see a psychologist?
If you find yourself thinking about seeing a psychologist, that’s already a sign that some part of you is seeking change or support. You don’t need to wait until you’re in a critical state or ‘deserve’ help because of your suffering. Even feelings of tiredness, underlying anxiety, confusion or simply a desire to understand yourself better are sufficient and valid reasons to take that first step.
How does payment work and what package options are available?
Payment is made using the bank details provided before the consultation. You can choose a single session or a package of 3, 5 or more sessions. A package is a convenient solution for those who prefer a structured approach: it ensures regularity, allows for a more in-depth exploration of your concerns and comes with a nice discount.
Message me on Telegram — I’ll let you know the current rates and secure a 15 per cent discount for your first session.
What should I do if I’m worried about whether you’ll be the right therapist for me?
This is a perfectly natural concern. Empathy and therapeutic rapport form the basis of a successful working relationship, and these can only be felt as we go along. The first session is designed precisely to allow you, without any rush or pressure, to see whether you feel comfortable with me, whilst I assess whether your concerns fall within my area of expertise.
If you feel you need a different approach or a different therapist, that’s perfectly normal. Your psychological well-being and the outcome of your therapy always come first.
Perhaps now is the time to look after yourself?
The first session isn’t a decision you can’t go back on, nor does it involve any long-term commitments. It’s a simple and safe opportunity to get to know me personally, ask any questions you may have, and see if you feel comfortable with me. Take the first step — and we’ll start working on what really matters to you.
